Khajuraho, 24 June 2026: International Yoga Day was celebrated with great enthusiasm and participation at Aayurgram – Temple of Health, Khajuraho, where a special yoga awareness program was organised for children and women. The event aimed to spread awareness about the importance of yoga for physical health, mental well-being, and a balanced lifestyle.
The program was led by Dr Naresh Yogi, who conducted an inspiring yoga awareness session and guided participants through various yogic practices, breathing techniques, and meditation exercises. He emphasised the role of yoga in reducing stress, improving concentration, enhancing immunity, and promoting overall wellness among children and women.
The event received valuable blessings, encouragement, and support from Pandit Sudhir Sharma Ji, Chairman, Aayurgram Temple of Health. His vision and commitment towards holistic health and traditional wellness practices continue to inspire the community.
The program was also supported by distinguished guests and well-wishers, including Abhijit, Rakesh Rajoriya from Parivartan NGO, Dr Sandheep Soni from Osho Ashram Khajuraho, Krishna, Aayurgram, and Veeru Saigot (BMS). They appreciated Aayurgram’s efforts to promote yoga and healthy living among the younger generation and women.
