Puri, December 2025: OYO Hotels has obtained a restraining order from the Hon’ble High Court of Delhi in connection with an ongoing dispute relating to the property in Dholpanda.
The Hon’ble Court has restrained the operator Manas Ranjan Jena from interfering with or disrupting OYO’s ongoing operations and functioning of the said property.
The Court has also ordered that OYO’s team and representatives must be allowed to freely enter and exit the property without any obstruction. During the proceedings, the court observedcie that the hotel operator had breached the terms of the operations agreement by failing to vacate the property despite termination by OYO.
OYO had earlier filed an FIR at the Baliapanda Police Station in Puri against Manas for assaulting and threatening OYO employees. The complaint, lodged by OYO’s Nodal Officer, Madhusudan Nayak, pertains to incidents that occurred on December 9, 2025 at Hotel BB Palace, located in Sipasarubali, Baliapanda, Puri.
